桜えびの小ネギの玄米おやき
◆ 材料
玄米(炊いたもの)茶碗1杯分、桜えび大さじ1、刻み小ネギ大さじ2、水大さじ1、片栗粉大さじ1、胡麻油大さじ1、塩ひとつまみ、マヨネーズ大1、酢小1、REDMAMA大さじ1
◆ 手順
(1)冷玄米、桜えび、小ネギ、塩をあわせまぜる
(2)片栗粉を(1)にまぶし、水を少しずつ振り入れながら全体をまぜる
(3)(2)を4等分し、手のひらで丸く薄く成型する。胡麻油を熱したフライパンで両面をこんがり焼く
(4)マヨネーズ、酢とREDMAMAをまぜたソースをつけて食べる

Brown Rice Oyaki (Crispy Galette)
◆ INGREDIENTS
1 bowl of cooked brown rice, 1 tbs of Sakura Shrimps, 2 tbs of chopped thin leeks, 1 tbs of water, 1 tbs of potato starch, 1 tbs of sesame oil, a pinch of salt, 1 tbs of mayonnaise, 1 tsp of rice vinegar, 1tbs of REDMAMA
◆ DIRECTIONS
1. Mix chilled brown rice, sakura shrimp, chopped thin leeks and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Sprinkle potato starch on 1 and mix well. Add water bit by bit and mix well.
3. Makes 4 balls from 2. flatten them thin and round with hand
4. Cook both sides cripy and brown on frying pan with heated sesame oil
5. Combine REDMAMA, rice vinegar and mayonnaise. Serve it with 4.
