豆乳うどん
◆ 材料
無調整豆乳400cc、水400cc、鶏ガラの素小さじ2、白コショウ少々、塩小さじ1/2、胡麻油小さじ1、うどん2食分、小松菜1房分、フライドオニオン大さじ1、REDMAMA好みの分量
◆ 手順
(1)鍋で水を沸騰させ、鶏ガラの素、白コショウ、塩を入れる
(2)豆乳とゆでうどんを加えてさらに温め、沸騰寸前で火を止め、胡麻油を入れる
(3)器に等分に分け、小松菜、フライドオニオン、REDMAMAをのせる

Udon Noodle with Soy milk Broth
◆ INGREDIENTS
13.5oz of unsweetened unflavored soymilk, 13.5oz of water, 2 tsp of chicken stock powder, 2 servings of cooked Udon noodle, 1 tsp of salt, pinch of white pepper, 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1tbs of fried onion, preferred amount of cooked REDMAMA and cooked spinach
◆ DIRECTIONS
1. Boil water in the pot. Add salt, white pepper and chicken stock powder.
2. Add soymilk and cooked Udon noodle to 1. Turn off the heat just before boiling. Add sesame oil
3. Pour 2 into noodle bowls. Garnish cooked spinach, fried onion and REDMAMA on top
