鶏手羽元のチリパイナップルグリル
◆ 材料
鶏手羽元500g、パイナップルジャム大さじ3、レモン汁大2、塩小さじ1/2、おろし、にんにく小1、REDMAMA大さじ1
◆ 手順
(1)手羽元に分量外の酒を振りかけなじませておく
(2)パイナップルジャム、レモン汁、塩、おろしにんにく、REDMAMAをジッパー付ビニールの中であわせ混ぜ、(1)を加えてよく揉み、半日~一晩冷蔵庫でマリネする
(3)フライパンで(2)を焼く

◆ INGREDIENTS
17.6oz of Chicken Drumsticks, 3 tbs of pineapple jam, 2 tbs of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tbs of REDMAMA
◆ DIRECTIONS
1. Sprinkle 1 tbs of Sake (not in the ingredients list) on Chicken
2. Combine all other ingredients in resealable plastic bag. Add 1 and rub them well. Leave the bag in the refrigerator for half day to full day.
3. Take chicken out from the bag. Cook well on frying pan or oven.
